SEAM TEK (Series 9000) Canadian Made
Polypropylene is designed to provide protection against airborne
particles like dust. Economical and disposable material made of 1.25
oz. polypropylene, ideal solution for non-hazardous, non-toxic, grimy
work environments. SEAM TEK is breathable, which makes it cool and
comfortable while being perfect for the workplace where constant dirt
and grime are encountered.
Sontara® Flame Retardant (Series 7000) Softguard
Sontara® hydroentangled woodpulp/polyester fabric, a tough,
lightweight, breathable cloth-like material.
The
fabric is then treated with a flame retardant chemical and a water
repellant finish. The combination of the wood pulp and FR chemistry
causes the wood pulp to char at temperatures below the fabrics ignition
point. This deprives the flames of a fuel source and provides a dry
rigid structure to adhere to, preventing molten or flaming drips.
The fibres are free to move as the fabric is flexed, thereby providing
excellent softness and draping characteristics.
